Quality Assurance Manager (Information Technology)
Lead the plant efforts for assuring that products/processes meet and exceed Continental Mills, customer and regulatory requirements to include product quality attributes and food safety. This job requires leadership in the quality lab, on the production floor, as well as the ability to lead and develop Quality and plant team members. Will play a vital customer service role in building relationships, planning, communications, and executing problem resolution with and for customers. Provide leadership as a member of the site planning and leadership teams. Problem solving skills are essential.

Supervisory Responsibilities

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone along with reaching. Specific vision abilities include close vision requirements due to computer work. Moderate noise, ability to work in a confined area, and ability to sit at a computer for an extended period of time are also included.
