Senior Engineer (Architecture)
Gas Technology Institute (GTI), the nation's leading research, development, deployment, and training organization serving energy markets, has an opportunity for an experienced scientist or engineer in our Energy Delivery research group. The qualified candidate will act as a Senior Engineer and/or Project Manager and will lead research efforts surrounding low-carbon fuels -- such as clean hydrogen, bioenergy, and renewable natural gas (RNG). The individual will manage hydrogen and renewable energy research projects as well as support cross-cutting research efforts with the natural gas industry. The position reports to an R&D Director of the Energy Delivery group.
Manage and coordinate research projects and initiatives for the Energy Delivery group at GTI. This includes planning and executing projects and developing specific workplans and teams to execute research spanning early-stage technology development to validation and demonstrations. The position will require engagement with a broad set of industry stakeholders and the ability to work with public and private partnerships.
