Project Manager - CM Services (Personal Services)

Position Overview:
Project Manager/CM is responsible for all activities from RFP/RFQ opportunity evaluation through and including completion of construction. Typical projects are suburban schools and municipal buildings. The Project Manager/CM works with other F.H. Paschen resources to prepare and submit proposals and follow through with project engineers and superintendents to deliver the projects.
Assigned Responsibilities:
Evaluate RFP/RFQ opportunitiesWork with Marketing Department on developing construction management proposals for ownersWork with department head to establish general conditions, general requirements, and fee for proposalsParticipate/lead interviews with owners and architectsWork with preconstruction department on precon services, including budgeting and value engineeringDevelop detailed scopes of work by tradeAdvertise bidsParticipate in bid opening with owner and architectsWork with Project Engineers and Superintendents to deliver the projects.Other duties as assigned
