Field Operations Manager The Field Operations Manager is responsible for driving people development, department strategy, KPI management, cross-functional collaboration and process improvement across the Field Operations department. The FOM partners with the Director of Operations, SVP of Sales & Operations and Region Presidents to ensure operational excellence and quality assurance of the Fields partnership experience with Camp Gladiator (CG). The FOM balances between tactical execution vs. vision casting, people vs. process, and problem solving in the moment vs. long-term strategic thinking. This is a managerial role with a heavy focus on people management, data analytics, and continuous process improvement, while leading from the front.
