Prudential's Marketing organization has recently undergone a transformation into targeted Centers of Excellence focused on driving personalized experiences for our customers, clients and advisors.
Our Marketing Operations & Enablement COE is seeking a Specialist, Marketing Capabilities, to drive our campaign marketing automation initiatives forward. This role is expected to have a strong understanding of email and marketing automation best practices, techniques and tools.
Reporting to the Director, Marketing Automation, the ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset to continue to push the limits of what can be done with the integration, automation and administration efforts of our Marketing Technology Stack with a focus on Campaign Automation. The person filling this role will be instrumental in guiding the requirements of Prudential's Marketing capabilities and ensuring successful adoption of new features and functionality.
