Who we want... (Requirements)
Four year degree from a college or university or a minimum of four years related experience. Must be physically present in the Lexington office.

What we expect... (Essential Functions)
Copies correspondence and other printed material, including drawings. Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes. Utilizes Timberline for day-to-day activities, such as transmittals, meeting minutes, document releases, RFI's, etc.
Transcribe specifications ensuring all are uniform in style and numbered in sequential order using the Master Spec format. Maintain and organize the A/E Library. Coordination and distribution of contracts including tracking all design consultant agreements and notification to accounting that contract have been executed.
Greets scheduled visitors. Coordinates and arranges meetings, reserves and prepares conference rooms, including food and beverages, including vendor luncheons, and other departmental events.
Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, and compiles documents for travel-related meetings. Participate in weekly studio meetings, design coordination meetings and project kick-off meetings. Orders/maintains supplies. Issues purchase orders. Assists team members with archiving.
Provides telephone back up for reception area as needed. Participates in Administrative Assistant workshops, meetings, and retreats.
