Manager of Internal Audit (Healthcare)
Position Description:
Manages the Operations Internal Audit Team to include oversight and execution of corporate audits, service center audits, and special projects (e.g., continuous monitoring) under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Internal Audit. Assists the Vice President of Internal Audit with performing the annual Internal Audit risk assessment, developing the annual audit plan, overseeing the IA Co-Source Provider during applicable audits, and coordination during external examinations (e.g., NCUA/DFS and financial statement).

Minimum Formal Education Required for this Position:
Knowledge consistent with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar field of study.
Minimum work experience:
7+ years' audit-related experience acquired through public accounting, regulatory agency, or internal audit department experience.
(Preferred) 2+ years' supervisory experience.
(Preferred) 7+ years' audit related experience acquired in a bank, credit union, or other financial services focused entity.

Environmental, physical and psychological requirements:
Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time in a climate controlled environment. Must be able to use fingers, hands, wrists for repetitive tasks such as typing, using a mouse, handling paper, currency, or coin, and operating a telephone. Demands for visual and auditory acuity are typical of an office environment. Must be able to interact via email, telephone, or in person with diplomacy, tact, and courtesy with all members under varying circumstances. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Salary range for this position: $85,758.40 - $112,569.60 (S17) (This position is eligible for an annual corporate bonus based upon performance) OR (This position is eligible for monthly incentives based upon performance)
