Job Description and Responsibilities
We are seeking Interns to join our team at our plant located in Pueblo, Colorado for the Summer of 2021. These individuals will learn how to operate in a mill setting and interact with plant personnel, as well as external suppliers and contractors. Interns could be placed in our Operational and/or our Engineering departments.
Must passionately follow health and safety practices
Maintain, analyze, and draft reports related to data and performance
Interact with all levels of personnel and communicate professionally in written and verbal form
Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Water Engineering
Strong leadership skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Computer literate in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and AutoCAD
Experience in manufacturing, preferred
Proven ability to organize and motivate teams for safe, high-quality results and maximum productivity, preferred
Proven ability to professionally motivate and engage employees, preferred
May-August 2021, following commencement of Spring Semester
$24.00 per hour
