Sr. Product Manager- Distal Extremites (Marketing)

Arthrex is actively searching for a Sr. Product Manager- Distal Extremities and Trauma to manage and lead our initiatives with regards to an of our Distal Extremities and Trauma product lines. The successful candidate will build relationships with key customers and internal departments to help drive new product innovation and manage existing product lines. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills along with seven plus years or more of related experience and a bachelor's degree are essential for this position. Oversees activities affecting a product to maximize the effectiveness, results, and market acceptance of the Trauma and Fusion Products on the Distal Extremity Team. Includes all products and projects developed and marketed by the Trauma and Fusion segment of distal extremities including, but not limited to all fracture and fusion plates and screws, intramedually nails and external fixators. Plans, organizes, and controls an assigned product line from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:
BA/BS degree required
Understanding of all functions involved in development, production, and marketing of product.
7 or more years in medical device product management/engineering/sales/marketing or clinical experience required. Orthopedic experience is highly preferred.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Knowledge of surgical orthopedics. Skilled in working with different functions and effectively coordinates their activities to achieve desired results. Excellent listening skills, including the ability to identify and isolate customers concerns or objections, in addition to excellent written and oral communication skills.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
PCs and have a command of MS Office plus any additional communications equipment as needed.
