Our organization, consisting of SERVPRO, Samson Construction, and Landmark Environmental & Demolition, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us with our day to day recruitment needs.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will facilitate the effective staffing of our organization. They will assess the staffing needs by identifying and recruiting talented individuals to fill those needs. Talent Acquisition Specialists will also participate in the interviewing and hiring process.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work in conjunction with the managers of the positions for which they are hiring.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work and build relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure that there is an adequate understanding of the requirements and expectations
Source, recruit, and build relationships with candidates through job postings, social media, and any other avenues neccessary
Review resumes and cover letters
Pre-screen and screen candidates to determine interview performance, prior work ethic and dependability (calling previous employers for reference), and background checks
Schedule interviews and prep candidates prior to interviews with hiring managers
Administration of all hiring paperwork and orientation processes
Stay up to date with industry knowledge by attending training and industry events, educational classes, networking, and learning from hiring managers
Desired Skills
Prior Human Resources or related experience
Experience in full cycle recruitment
Industry specific knowledge
Success in previous positions
Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills and ability to quickly learn new programs
Ability to multi task and time manage

Samson Construction is our construction company that for the most part performs reconstruction work from the SERVPRO business. Landmark Environmental & Demolition is a company we started to handle all our asbestos and mold work from the SERVPRO business, but it also performs demolition work both interior and structural.
