JOB SUMMARY
Directs fulfillment/warehouse operations of e-commerce and business to consumer clients through a team of front-line supervisors and lead employees to ensure efficient use of resources with manpower, materials and equipment. Provides direction, development and leadership to all facility employees either directly or indirectly through supervisors and lead personnel. Oversee all daily operations of the distribution center from order production to administration and customer service. Ensures policies and procedures are followed. The successful candidate has the key skills to develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity. The Distribution Center fulfillment manager will be involved in the day-to-day operation of an omni-channel 3rd Party Logistics warehouse.
