Water Operations Consultant (Finance)

Role description:
Examples of the types of projects that the position will support include: observing current operations and providing recommendations, pilot plant/bench scale operations, plant laboratory assessments, operational trouble shooting of existing plants and processes, condition assessment of public utility assets, rehabilitation and renewal planning, and support for overall water master planning.
Candidates should have extensive experience operating municipal water facilities with specific understanding of treatment processes and techniques, permit requirements including reporting and specific laboratory procedures, development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and rapid response plans, operations management, planning, and implementation of capital improvements projects.
