Administrative Specialist (Finance)
The essential functions of the role will be:
Able to judge the relative importance of issues andseek guidanceto address them
Intermediate communication and organization skills

Enhance productivity of teams by assuming responsibility for key outcomes and deliverables
Assist with planning and execution of events, including managing all logistics such as catering, gathering and delivering supplies, and offsite errands in preparation for the event
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material
Advanced skills with tools (examples: Outlook, OneNote, Teams)
Advanced data entry and attention to detail
Intermediate project involvement experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in medium-sized corporations preferred
Professional Maturity: strong emotional intelligence, integrity, able to take thegood with the bad
High tolerance for ambiguity
Business awareness and sensitivity
