Senior Administrative Assistant - Human Resources (Administrative)
WebsterRogers LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Assistant to work directly with the Director of Human Resources and HR Generalist in our Florence, SC office. This position will prepare and maintain employee files, help maintain our Firm's HRIS system, assist with recruiting efforts, and the onboarding of new hires. This position is also responsible for event planning, ordering office supplies, management of the Firm's service award program, answering telephones and routing calls, and assisting with various human resources programs and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal, organization and communications skills, and the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously. This person must possess strong computer skills, be detail oriented and have the ability to maintain the confidentiality of firm and client information. Applicants that have experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) are strongly preferred.
