Email & CRM Specialist (Creative Design)
SUMMARY:
We are seeking an individual with CRM / email experience as well as skilled with email segmentation. This individual will manage and execute email strategy and personalization efforts.
Manages calendar and strategy for email marketing in collaboration with the site managers
Develops strategies for triggered email campaigns
Drive results for all key metrics of email and loyalty
Influence and execute company A/B testing strategies
Manage vendor relationships and budgets and re-forecasting
Establish monthly/yearly revenue forecast and goal setting
Strategize and leverage customer data to segment campaigns and drive qualified traffic to the site, improving conversion rates
Manage post-purchase campaigns to ensure repeat buyers
Collaborates with brand and E-commerce teams to drive commerce-focused offers to deliver traffic and sales
Recommends and executes on opportunities for email list acquisition and loyalty sign-up
Develops and executes personalization tactics across multiple platforms and touch points
Develop email segmentation, personalization and optimization strategies for a variety of objectives: sales, lead nurturing, re-engagement, loyalty building, etc.
Ensure a mobile-first approach
Analyze the customer data and reporting and develop customer retention campaigns
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of Listrak or comparable ESP including segmentation/email targeting
Strong understanding of all email response metrics and best practices as well as a proven track record of leading successful email programs
Google Analytics experience required
