Seasonal Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Finance)
Perform receptionist duties including answering phones, performing clerical tasks and general housekeeping
Provide support with benefits administration by answering questions and providing information
Perform time card review for location
Perform data entry and run reports when necessary
Act as location accounts payable to assist accounting department with data entry
Responsible for filing, recording and maintaining records

Standing / Walking / Climbing rarely
Experience & Qualifications
High School education required
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in related field preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft products
Excellent communication skills
Good mathematical skills
Pro-active, multi-tasked, self-motivated team player and positive attitude is a must
