Team Overview:
The D&B corporate accounting and reporting team ensures the integrity and timeliness of company's financial data. We manage internal and external reporting and ensure compliance with US GAAP, SEC, SOX and other statutory requirements. We strive to be a world-class organization applying best practice approach in our processes to create efficiency and provide reliable information to management for decision making.
The Role: We're looking for a Senior Specialist, Technical Accounting & External Reporting, reporting to Corporate Controller and working closely with peers in the principal accounting organization and cross functional teams globally.
You will analyze accounting for certain transactions, research technical accounting topics, prepare quarterly financial reporting and SEC reporting.
You are expected to stay current with accounting standards and SEC requirements and optimize processes for efficient and accurate data flow.
Working from our Short Hills, NJ headquarters, you'll collaborate with business partners to ensure accurate and timely accounting and US GAAP reporting and ensure compliance with SEC and SOX.
