Job Summary
Ascend Learning is seeking a passionate Lead Assessment Proctor based in the Kansas City, MO area. This position requires a detail oriented, analytical individual looking to make an immediate impact on our dynamic and quickly growing business. The Assessment Proctor contributes to administering assessments to external customers, conducting recorded proctoring video analysis, and working with users to schedule and take the exam. This position also provides strategic cross-functional support and works with the Assessment Sciences team to develop and enhance the security of our content.

Written Communications: Able to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles; can get messages across that have the desired effect.
Analytic with Urgency: Quickly analyze and investigate testing irregularities and issues. Provide appropriate feedback and recommendations to quickly resolve any issues.
Problem Solving Skills: Ability to dive deeply into issues and create a plan of action to quickly respond to and resolve the issue.
Detail Oriented: Ability to analyze the smaller components of an issue and use these to help identify larger trends. Able to thoroughly document all steps and interactions up to and including resolution.
Required Skills:
