Position Summary
Trains and guides Agents in a designated branch territory as well as additional assigned branch offices in the promotion and sale of life insurance and annuity products, providing assistance in the areas of production, product knowledge and application, underwriting, and agency management. Also assists Agents in examining and evaluating their current books of business for potential prospects and serves as company representative in maintaining favorable agency and Policyholder relationships. Scope: Life Sales Manager role is assigned to one branch. Sr Life Sales Manager is assigned to multiple branches.

Qualifications
Minimum Education Equivalents:
Bachelor's degree in insurance, sales, marketing or related field and five years' experience in sales, investment and/or annuity products or in life insurance related experience is required; or
Associate's degree in insurance, sales, marketing or related field and seven years' experience in sales, investment and/or annuity products or in life insurance related experience is required; or
High School diploma or GED and nine years' experience in sales, investment and/or annuity products or in life insurance related experience is required; or
A minimum of two years' experience in sales of life insurance. Related designations, such as CIC, CFP, ChFC, or CLU, preferred. The incumbent must live in the state assigned unless a change is approved by the company. Frequent overnight travel required.
