Enterprise Business Architecture Leader (Information Technology)

We are actively seeking leaders who have deep Business architecture background combined with technical and data expertise to build the Business architecture discipline on how best to leverage Equifax's leading edge technical. capabilities and unique data assets. The leader we are seeking will have exceptional problem solving skills and ability to organize the complex business models, develop multi-dimensional views of business capabilities. Individuals in this position will be able to partner with our global Data and Analytics leaders, Center of Excellence and create a mutually beneficial working relationship to solve complex information architecture problems. A person with deep business knowledge to guide the why, what and how industry-leading information architecture best practices can be applied across the organization is required. The Enterprise Business Architect is a senior member of the Enterprise Data Office team directly reporting to the Enterprise Data Officer and will be required to own, develop and demonstrate progression of maturity of our Business Architecture. One of the flagship programs owned by Enterprise Data Office is Data Fabric. Data Fabric will transform how Equifax manages and monetizes data globally by defining and standardizing data supply chains to leverage data as an enterprise asset. This will impact virtually all business functions as data is the core business of Equifax. In order to leverage Data Fabric, business operating models should be aligned with new data supply chain architectures. The Business Architecture role will define and standardize the data supply chain with the goal to leverage data as an enterprise asset for new purposes. The business architecture function will integrate core business functions of data, analytics, technology and business.
Responsibilities
· Develop Data Fabric implementation patterns to support new business opportunities by leveraging all steps in the data supply chain, with emphasis on non-purposed enterprise data. Guide the development of prototype
applications to demonstrate capabilities.
· Collaborate with data analytics, technology, business and enterprise center of excellence functions to define business architecture frameworks, patterns and consult with business units to define organizations, skills and
processes aligned with new data management structures.
· Build and lead teams to define and demonstrate new business architectures across all business units and regions.
· Collaborate with business leaders/architects in business units globally to standardize processes and data supply chain management.
· Build and leverage relationships with Data Analytics, Operations and Business Leaders across the organization to adopt Data Fabric business architectures.
· Develop solutions to demonstrate strategies to communicate requirements for technology and business operating models.
· Communicate and gain support for Data Fabric usage in BU and globally to all levels of the organization
· Align Strategic intent (Business Capabilities) of Data Fabric to the implementation (Technical Capabilities) plans of Data Fabric.
· Align Business capabilities of Data Fabric to Equifax Business Platforms - customer boarding, consumer, CRM, billing and revenue.
Qualifications
· 15+ years hands on experience with all steps in the Equifax data supply chain: Ingestion, Curation, Keying and Linking, Purposing, Billing, Consumer Maintenance, Online and Offline Fulfillment
· Experience with most Equifax Data Exchanges in US and globally.
· Blend of technology, data analytics, leadership and successful track record of large platform builds and business migrations at Equifax.
· Ability to travel to all regions.
· Proven success building and leading high performance teams across data analytics, operations and technology.
