Area Support Specialist (Information Technology)



DH Pace Company, Inc is seeking to hire an Area Support Specialist based in St. Louis!  You will be responsible for performing a combination of training, program administration, and compliance functions related to the company's employee development initiatives, operational and administrative policies, procedures, and processes. You must be available to travel up to 65% of the time, to satellite locations throughout the Central Area, as well as to other regions as required.

A typical day may look like:

  • Perform, review and follow up on audit findings, recommend training as needed.
  • Develop additional compliance topics to improve over-all performance.  
  • Act as the Audit point person responsible for developing Remediation Task list, ensuring meetings are held, tasks are completed and are effective.
  • Ensure consistency within all offices (size dependent) in the District, Region and Area.
  • Monitor COD/Problems, Credit Request, Contract tracking, Web invoicing, Commission plans audit (by spot auditing reports, fully auditing compliance on payment, sign off and approval process including a review of reductions for draws) Tool deducts, Concur---to ensure they are being maintained.
  • Identify and propose potential Process Improvement projects.
  • In conjunction with Local Market Managers and Corporate Training Department, assist with developing Training Plans for all positions
  • Develop a new hire checklist which includes ensuring the employee has all necessary equipment, required software and supplies on their date of hire.
  • Assist Team Impact and others with coordinating employee events, community outreach, team building events
  • Train employees on new systems
  • Assist in onboarding and training new employees during aquisitions
  • Coordinate with Training Department on LMS training opportunities-have off-the-shelf ready training plan for each new employee
  • Participate in the project to update/clean-up/refresh SOPs
  • Be available to travel up to 65% of the time, within the Area to Satellites as well as to other Areas (Regions) as required
  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience/training, and process improvement required OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize work
  • Must have a valid drivers license
