Retail Assistant (Finance)
Position Summary
The Retail Assistant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to members and guests while assisting them with finding, selecting and purchasing the right product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist Retail Manager with the day-to-day retail operationsCreate an atmosphere that allows guests to feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxedProvide excellent customer service while assisting customersOperate cash register, complete paperwork and required countsReceive and process stock inventory, assist with stock managementPerform basic cleaning inside and outside the store including trashProcess exchanges, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policiesMaintain a clean and organized environmentAvailable to work overtime when required
Technical and Physical Requirements
Customer Service experience preferredPrevious retail experience desiredPrior marina experience preferredAbility to stand for long periods of timeAbility to bend, stoop, lift, rotate, and reachAbility to lift 20 pounds
Minimum Soft Skills Qualifications
