Account Manager_OEM (Marketing)
General Summary:
Develops new business opportunities and nurtures existing business relationships to gain additional business within a specific account list of a geographical location.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develops new customer accounts.
2.Penetrates existing customer accounts and builds relationships within the organization.
3.Responsible for commercial issues, internal to customer and McNaughton-McKay.
4.Participates in personal growth plan activities.
5.Focuses on account planning/top key accounts/facilities.
6.Participates in overall product training with key vendors and partners.
7.Implements best practices.
8.Engages other resources within McNaughton-McKay.
9.Creates, implements and revises procedures and instructions.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1.Bachelor's degree preferred; engineering experience desired.
2.Three years of electrical experience, including two years of inside sales, engineering or sales experience.
3.Thorough knowledge of products distributed by McNaughton-McKay.
4.Basic sales skills.
5.Ability to determine customers' needs and provide better than expected customer service.
6.Thorough knowledge of McNaughton-McKay business systems.

Reports To:Sales Manager or equivalent
