YOUR ROLE

  • Executes engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at competitive cost
  • Liaises with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and advice
  • Strives for improvements and efficiencies in Engineering area
  • Monitors KPIs for engineering processes
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or relevant Science discipline
  • 3-5+ years' experience within chemical manufacturing or closely related industry
  • Knowledge and experience with ISO/QS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001) along with IATF 16949.
  • Experience utilizing Six Sigma, 8D, and A3 tools preferred
  • Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word Minitab or other statistical tools
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis, resolve customers quality complaints while working cross functionally with operation
  • SAP
