Job Summary
The Chief Engineer role is responsible for daily operations, preventive / scheduled maintenance, and for staff supervision. This role is responsible for oversight of all site repairs and operations consisting of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair. This role has direct reports and authority for new hires, job dismissals, or staff size.
