POSITION SUMMARY:
The position holder is directly responsible for implementing the formal REMS program requirements, including national surveillance systems, and for guiding field (MSTA) representatives in risk mitigation initiatives. To execute this responsibility, the position holder must continuously monitor and interpret abuse and diversion surveillance systems, Risk Management Reports, Field Reports of Concern (with follow up actions), as well as new REMS programs for products in development. The goal of the REMS programs are to assure that risks are minimized and the benefits outweigh the risks.
It includes effective coordination of stakeholder influence plans ex where a medical KOL also has significant scientific and political influence. This will also have a significant level of KOL coordination with lndivior Disease State Managers and GRMs for their utilization in key meetings.
The position holder will also be responsible for managing and partnering where appropriate with external political affairs, public relations, and regulatory agencies and professional societies.
The scope of the role encompasses the U.S. and will focus on Association, Society, and Agency Headquarters.
