Identity Access Management Lead (Information Technology)
Job Responsibilities:
Assist IAM counterparts in Global HQ in working directly with customers and business application owners on integration requirements including provisioning, de-provisioning and user lifecycle into the IAM platform.
Manage IAM system and work closely with IAM counterparts and business application owners to ensure identity and access solutions meet or exceed security policies and regulatory compliance requirements.
Responsible for documentation of policies and procedures for all IAM workflows.
Facilitate business process design as it relates to managing identities and access privileges such as architecture, delegated administration models, workflow models, and access control models.
Manage US based application integrations in the IAM system.
Assist IAM counterpart with other application integrations as directed by senior management.
Point of escalation for client application issues related to IAM.
Partner with Human Resources to execute and improve the onboarding, offboarding and other user lifecycle processes.
Coordinate with US IT operations teams to create, support, and migrate SSO configurations across multiple IdPs, using SAML, OpenID, OAUTH, or other technologies as required.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Identity and Access Management in a corporate environment
Proficient knowledge of account administration, security roles, classes and/or rules using an Identity and Access Management software solution such as One Identity, Microsoft Identity Manager or similar.
Experience with federated identity technologies such as ADFS, Azure AD SSO or similar
Experience with authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID and LDAP
Understand mySQL syntax and database structure
Strong communication skills with non-technical audiences
A strong sense of customer service and attention to detail
Thrives on challenges in a fluid working environment and takes initiative to learn new technologies
Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting and systems analysis skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM system
Working understanding of Agile SCRUM and Project Management frameworks
Knowledge of ITIL framework; ITIL Foundations or Practitioner certification
