RBT/DSP (Residential) (Personal Services)

Reporting to the DD Residential House Manager, the RBT/DSP is responsible for assisting individuals with disabilities to learn, grow, and become more independent. The position supports individuals with developmental disabilities to have a quality of life and promotes health, safety, and well-being. The RBT/DSP communicates with their House Manager as needed, serving as an advocate in communicating individuals needs and goals. The main duties include helping individuals complete basic housekeeping tasks, transporting them to appointments or other social outings, and helping individuals to implement the safety precautions learned in their respective environments.
