Client Development Manager (Remote Opportunity) (Biotech)



Inmar is seeking a proactive and motivated self-starter to join our Agency Sales team as a Client Development Manager. The Client Development Manager is responsible for managing and executing successful programmatic media campaigns. The incumbent will be an advocate for external users, working in partnership with all Inmar teams to achieve the customer's goals and provide solutions for the customer's challenges.

Operational (20%):

  • Manage a portfolio of digital campaigns, ownership from launch through completion
  • Execute media campaign setups for launch that fall within Programmatic SLA's, while maintaining high degree of campaign setup accuracy
  • Ensure all campaign deliverables are running in accordance with ad specifications and campaign goals across the life of the campaign
  • Launch and manage campaigns in accordance with Programmatic QA standards

Project Management (40%): 

  • Monitor and triage campaigns post-launch for pacing and performance issues caused by discrepancies, creative rejections, etc.
  • Manage campaign pacing, making adjustments as needed to ensure campaign budgets in full
  • Manage campaign performance, oversee automated optimizations and make manual optimizations to ensure best possible performance levels within customer's stated goals and constraints

Technical (40%): 

  • Create, triage, and monitor tracking pixels across advertising partners
  • Provide report of management statistics for their campaigns (performance, pacing etc.)
  • ID platform issues at the campaign level, work with technology teams to implement permanent fixes
  • Identify campaign level issues and escalate to Delivery Engineering for short term and permanent fixes
  • Develop an understanding of the wider programmatic ecosystem, in particular focusing on items relevant to brands and retailers
  • Provide campaign level insight and recommendations to both internal and external clients
  • Maintain and stay current on industry news and research

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or in an analytical or quantitative discipline
  • Experience with ancillary technologies: DMP, ad servers, tag management, analytics, contextual targeting and research tools
  • Understanding of digital campaign success metrics: conversions, pacing, target CPA's, secondary conversions
  • Experience with regular reporting, collaborative strategic planning, and performance management
  • An understanding of online delivery technology, especially marketing technology (e. g. cookies, adservers, etc.)
  • Experience with ad serving solutions, tag management and operations, including types of tag, their differences and what to use in certain scenarios
  • Familiarity with viewability measurement (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify)
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling
  • Continued desire to increase knowledge and skills around programmatic technology, digital and online media
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Google Apps
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and process oriented
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Positive team player
