Senior Project Manager (Water/Wastewater) (Finance)

Role description:

Are you ready to lead high-impact water and wastewater infrastructure projects that help shape the future of resilient communities? Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Resilience Water Team in Miami, Florida!

This is more than just a project management role - it's an opportunity to use your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive innovative solutions for conveyance, treatment, and master planning projects across Miami-Dade County and South Florida. You'll play a key role in delivering transformative municipal infrastructure, mentoring rising talent, and strengthening client partnerships - all while growing your own career with a global leader in sustainable design and engineering.

Role accountabilities:

As a client-facing Project Manager and Engineer, you'll lead the delivery of diverse water and wastewater projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the planning, design, and construction of treatment facilities, pump/lift stations, and distribution and collection systems
  • Leading cross-functional project teams from concept through completion
  • Building trusted relationships with municipal clients and guiding them through every step of the project lifecycle
  • Mentoring junior staff and ensuring technical excellence across your team
  • Developing scopes of work, budgets, and construction documents
  • Supporting strategic growth efforts through proposals, pursuit planning, and teaming strategy

Qualifications & Experience:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 10 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater engineering

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering
  • 12 years of experience managing municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater projects
  • P.E. license (or ability to obtain one in Florida within 6 months)

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $107,281 - $151,911. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location. Apply
