Principal Software Engineer (Information Technology)
We are looking for an engaged, collaborative Principal Software Engineer to join our fast-growing engineering team. You will be developing critical new features for the cloud version of Tosca, our flagship product for continuous testing and effortless automation for enterprise applications. In this role, you will own delivery of impactful projects, collaborating with leads, product owners, stakeholders, and customers. You will have the opportunity to have a big influence on technical direction of our teams and products.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the evolution of our cloud architecture to meet customer needs
• Address complex customer and business needs with innovative solutions
• Help shape the technical direction of Tosca Cloud
Qualifications:
• Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures and algorithms
• Programming skills including multi-threading and preferably fluency in .Net Core
• Expertise working within the data warehousing/database space and cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Track record of identifying and implementing creative solutions
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills (also with external customers)
• A strong understanding of public cloud deployment architecture best practices
• Experience with Azure is a plus
• Experience in delivering SaaS to large enterprise customers is a plus
