Job Description:
The Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Manager will be responsible for the development and management of programs, analytics, and processes to improve the business. This role is responsible for the development and administration of the Employee Engagement Program and building the employee engagement strategy and other culture-related initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to, project planning, content development vendor management, communication and training related to the survey across a variety of stakeholders (e.g., senior leaders, managers and colleagues). This role will involve providing guidance and consultation to business leaders as well as HR Business Partners in areas of employee engagement, action planning, culture, and change management.
The Talent and Organizational Effectiveness Manager will also have the opportunity to directly consult with business leaders as well as others in HR in other areas such as leadership assessment and coaching, workforce analytics, new leader assimilations, organizational change, and other talent and leadership programs.
