Senior Product Manager (Project Management)
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision for Shipt's product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch new products and features that will drive growth and revenue for the company.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and own the execution of Shipt's Target Last Mile network
Autonomously drive a multi-quarter product management roadmap, identifying new opportunities and developing business cases across all stakeholders
Structure customer research with the User Experience team and prove out initial investments through experimentation and pilots
Influence senior leadership to buy-into new product visions and drive alignment among the organization's highest levels of leadership.
Ensure growth and cost saving targets are met and communicate results out to senior leadership for continued support.
Influence strategy and decision-making beyond product and consistently seek additional product management expertise.
Create new tools and methods for gaining metrics and machine learning opportunities with data science team while driving clarity, engaging strategic partners through uncertainty.
Act as a compelling storyteller, balancing quantitative and qualitative data to drive action, motivation, and decisions.
Participate in team recruiting and activities, driving Shipt's product culture reputation and embodying the company's values and culture.
Accountable for planning and delivering work in the team, encouraging a growth mindset and cultivating solutions for complex problems.
Champion an inclusive culture across the enterprise, make connections in the industry to benefit Shipt, and contribute to talent cultivation both internally and externally.
Spearhead initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in product culture, values, processes, and tools, and bring new PM industry trends to the team.
Colorado Pay Minimum: $85,100 - $170,200
NYC, WA, and CA Pay Range: $112,065.20 - $204,200
