The Digital Customer Experience team is tasked with developing an enterprise-wide strategy and framework to consolidate incongruent corporate sites and form the blueprint for consistent customer experience and customer engagement with our consumer facing properties across the globe.
Additionally the team is tasked with developing a digital platform to improve the customer's digital experience from end-to-end, including: Simplicity of use, Purchase and service convenience, Personalization, Consolidation of Authority, Channel flexibility, Ease of submitting data to D&B , Ease of integrating D&B data and analytics into a customer's workflow
Brief Description of The Role:
The UX Designer's role will be to create beautiful and simple experiences that improve the usability and accessibility of our digital footprint. The primary task will be designing and creating our new “Gold Standard” product design system defining and aligning brand standards and UX pest practices. The UX designer is required to have functional understanding of UX best practices and an eagerness to continue to learn from our customers. Responsibilities include:
