Manager – Operations Leader for Construction Business – Commercial Entry Door Systems Division (Manufacturing)



Operations Leader - Manage Commercial Entry Door Systems Service Business for DH Pace of Denver, a DH Pace Company, Inc.  Manage all Projects performed at customer sites by skilled technicians, ensuring safety and profitability goals are met.

Position Overview:

  • Manage Commercial Service personnel, to include managing skilled field labor crews, office personnel, managers, as well as P&L and champion improvement initiatives while bringing effective team building strategies into play
  • Ensure projects are completed timely, below budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Review monthly financial/operational reports and work with front-line managers to develop action plans to improve
  • Perform other job-related responsibilities and projects as assigned

Qualifications:   

  • Minimum three (3) years' work experience coupled with Bachelor's or Associate's degree or minimum five (5) years' managerial experience coupled with high school diploma.
  • Must be an excellent communicator who is highly organized and possesses a good mechanical aptitude
  • Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, and drug screen required in advance of hire; must possess a Valid Driver's License and good driving record
