LinQuest is seeking a Capture Manager to join our team in the Washington, DC area. This candidate should be a self-starter with a strong track record of success in capture management, to include customer relationship management, win strategy development, and proposal development. The Capture Manager will report to the Business Capture lead and will support capture and proposal efforts across the company, with a focus on the SMC and Navy customer markets. The Capture Manager will assist in expanding our customer pipeline of new business from identification to shaping through capture and proposal. Primary office location in the greater National Capital region in Chantilly or Aberdeen, with support to other geographic locations as needed.
