We are looking for a talented General Manager to join our team specializing in General Management for our Distribution Business in Louisville, KY supporting Evansville, IN on site in dual locations.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Lead, mentor and coach a team that is very fast paced
Split time between 2 of our state-of-the-art facilities
Build relations in a Business to Business and Business to Consumer environment to grow the organizations.
Embracing diversity and inclusion

Significant experience required, including supervisory, product, customer, and budgetary experience.
College, university or equivalent degree in Engineering, Business or related field; or minimum 5 years work experience.
Capability to build and develop relations with Customers and Employees
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
