Position Description:
The Director of Software DevOps will provide leadership and management of the software products delivery and operations for all business unit within CRHF to ensure the continued high quality of our products, solutions, and services.
This role is expected to lead the DevOps function of new capabilities, framework, and tools that support business continuity (acquisition analysis, partnership analysis, etc.)
This role will continuously improve integrated solutions through both incremental and innovative technological changes and improvements that support and drive strategic business change.
Position Responsibilities:
o Identify resources and develop external relationships with leaders and recruiters through attending conferences and trade shows to surface and prioritize new, global opportunities
o Development of new or enhanced solutions to fulfill internal and external stakeholder needs
o Iterative testing with stakeholders during the development cycle to ensure solutions meet functional requirements and performance expectations
o Demonstrate expertise in devising and implementing streamlined processes and strategic programs to improve efficiency, timeliness, and productivity while reducing costs and contributing to revenue
o Demonstrate processes and metrics to drive higher quality and schedule predictability (via DORA Report)
o Manage build and deployment within our diverse product portfolio and make commitments to meet specific business goals and objectives.
o Lead the maintenance, product support, and deployment of new software solutions.
o Ensures that products are launched on time and meet established goals and objectives (per project contracts) that support the financial and competitive goals of the organization.
o Provides the communication link between the project teams and the DevOps teams that streamlines operational activities
o Uses leadership skills to ensure that cross-functional resources are assigned and held accountable for task and outcome completion.
o Manages and tracks project budget with components that include human resources, prototypes, suppliers, and general expenses to meet established return on investments per project.
o Evaluates and test new models and techniques that adds value and positively impact outcomes as efficiently as possible
o Tracks performance of overall product portfolio as it relates to new product development and services
o Assist with the employee onboarding, training, and integration into the team
o Provide accurate and timely information to assigned personnel regarding salary planning, performance appraisals, career coaching, and performance execution
o Development, delivery, and maintenance of technology solutions in accordance to functional requirements and performance targets
