Role:
The Off-Net Solutions Specialist will be responsible for administrating the presales and post-sales process of sourcing, ordering, tracking and reconciling records for all lit and dark circuits. This includes activations, moves/adds/changes and terminations. As a key member of Crown Castle's Off-Net Operations team, this person will work to drive continual process improvement, gain operational efficiency, control costs, and provide a level of service which meets or exceeds customer and other Crown Castle department expectations.

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in your assigned office approximately 60% of the time (3 days per week) and where you do your best work 40% (2 days per week). There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that requires up to 25% travel.
