Desktop Support (Information Technology)
We are looking for Service Desk for an immediate need. This is a client facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.
Responsibilities
The resource should have prior knowledge on Ticketing tool work on Incident management change management service management
Primary skill should be Unix and Oracle Databaserun select query and update query Shell scripting skills would be preferred
The resource should be able to troubleshoot issues and able to communicate with other teams or users to report and resolve the issue
The resource should be able to handle multiple tasks Associate should be able to work with architecture vendors developers and architects
Associate must work in 24/7 environment
Secondary Skillset
Networking and Hardware troubleshooting shell scripting preferred
Process ITIL process knowledge and ticket handling and processing
