Location: Morgantown, PA

POSITION SUMMARY:
In this internship program, you will gain experience and be exposed to the dynamics of a highly successful manufacturing business. We are looking for a driven intern, interested in learning about the manufacturing industry, to train and participate in many different areas of manufacturing and production. The interns hired for this position should expect to learn multiple facets of manufacturing, and will leave this position with valuable skills and industry knowledge.
Working with our operations team, you will drive completeness of outstanding CAPEX (Capital Expenditures) projects as well as learn to become a leader with our management team. This 3-month internship could lead to a full time position on our team.
This position is intended for students currently working on a bachelor's degree in a related field, during the summer of 2019.

SAFETY:
Safety is paramount on any Morgan operation. This role is expected to be familiar with the company's safety program and enforce the safety policy always. Never walk past an unsafe act.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This job operates in a manufacturing plant environment. Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 30 pounds.
