Field Decommission Technician (Midwest/South - TN, TX, KS) (Construction)

We are seeking a skilled Field Decommission Technician to perform hands-on dismantling and removal of equipment, infrastructure, and materials from operational sites across our nationwide territories, with a primary focus on the Midwest/South region (ideal candidates based in Texas, Tennessee, or Kansas). This role requires up to 80% travel, a strong mechanical background, and the ability at times to work in demanding conditions while adhering to strict safety and environmental protocols. Key Responsibilities:

Dismantle and remove equipment, infrastructure, and materials from operational sites using hand-held plasma cutters and Atomic Oxygen (AO) equipment.Operate heavy machinery, including excavators and telehandlers, ensuring safe and efficient task completion.Work extended shifts in physically demanding environments, maintaining productivity and professionalism.Adhere to all safety guidelines, participating in the companys safety program and reporting all accidents or near-misses immediately to the crew leader or superintendent.Follow environmental specifications, including spill containment protocols, to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Complete assigned work orders and daily tasks as directed by the crew leader or superintendent, meeting project deadlines.Safely operate pneumatic, electric and hand tools, as well as industrial equipment, while adhering to capacity and load limits for rolling stock equipment.
