What You'll Do:
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet residents' goals.
- Document therapy sessions and track progress toward measurable outcomes.
- Educate residents, families, and staff to ensure optimal care and carryover.
