The Senior Analyst will ensure our Automation and Vendor Strategy Operations consistently meet the high standards expected by our extensive client base.

This individual will oversee various aspects of our vendor strategy for research services, with a heavy focus on reporting and insights.

This role will address customer issues through training and collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a research expert and resource for internal/external customers.
  • Independently manage projects from start to finish, focusing on data quality and learning processes.
  • Implement key organizational, global, or business unit objectives, aligning data research efforts with strategic goals.
  • Act as a liaison between key business representatives on major initiatives, representing the business unit in cross-functional process reviews and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to and execute key performance metrics, monitoring progress and making data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
  • Develop a variety of database query and visualization tools to identify and understand platform issues or events
  • Skills and/or Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Master's Degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in investigations, project assignments, including data quality and learning management.
  • 3-5 years of open-source research (OSINT).
  • Results-oriented and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and meet critical deadlines.
  • Excellent organization, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Graph or similar.
  • Ability to interpret and translate data into meaningful business insight.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
