Job Coach, Inland Empire (Administrative)
Job Summary:
The Job Coach is a core member of the Chrysalis regional team, serving as the regional programmatic expert. The Job Coach is responsible for participant onboarding and crew placements, ongoing individual employment counseling, conducting safety and professionalism training, and being a consistent resource throughout a client's transitional work and job search, providing them with resources and job leads, including opportunities identified by our Business Development team.
