Office Coordinator (HQ) (Administrative)



Additional details:

  • Independently handles various clerical, record-keeping, documentation, and special projects as assigned. Primarily supports corporate staff at Nortech's headquarters location; may periodically support and assist staff at other locations.
  • Schedules meetings and coordinates to ensure correct set-up including room size, technical equipment, food/beverages, and supplies; assists as needed with accommodations for Board, executive, and customer visits. Assist with event planning.
  • Monitors office equipment needs and coordinates ordering, maintenance, and supplies. Monitors and addresses cleanliness of the facility including our casual cafe to manage the internal brand image of our company.

  • Performs data entry, documentation, electronic record keeping, and filing tasks.
  • Monitors office equipment needs and coordinates ordering, maintenance, and supplies. • Orders and maintains supplies for the Maple Grove facility based on office needs.
  • Assists with other office and clerical tasks as needed.
  • Performs duties in alignment with the company's Mission and Core Values in mind.

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school education or GED/equivalent.
  • Three years' experience applying office and administrative skills including phone etiquette, meeting / event coordination, travel arrangements, data entry, and electronic document use.
  • Experience providing multiple departments office and administrative support.
  • Reads, writes, spells, and communicates in English at a proficient level.
  • Experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook at a proficient or advanced level. • Uses software applications to provide reporting, travel booking, and process other service requests efficiently.

 

Preferred:

  • Associates degree or certificate of training in office administration.
