The Role
KEY COMPETENCIES
As a Senior Associate you'll be a lynchpin in the search process, project-managing the various stages to ensure we execute each client engagement to the very highest standards. We'll be relying on you to lead the identification of, and communications with, candidates during the search engagement and to keep the Partner up to speed with how things are progressing. Additionally, you'll capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information on our systems to both drive the search process and help us convert business development opportunities. Because we'll also be looking for you to identify new business opportunities, this is a role that will make the most of your drive, determination, and commercial savviness
