As an IT Technologist for the Mfg/Lab Infra & Client Services team and working with Global IT teams, you will influence and deliver and/or manage projects assigned and work with stakeholders to achieve desired results. You will act as a mentor to colleagues and assist with collaboration across sites. Deliver and oversee projects and support for manufacturing and lab environments - from design to implementation. Work on support projects with discoveries and assessments of the mfg/labs in Boulder, Colorado.
Provide customer service to diagnose and fix problems related to computing hardware, Linux administration, Windows workstation deployments, software, account administration, network, security, process, and some equipment used in lab and manufacturing areas. Collaborate with others in local and global IT groups in overlapping technologies and support as needed. Provide site services and technology roadmaps and process improvements. The primary work location for this position is Boulder, CO.
