Regional Leasing & Marketing Manager - TX/AZ (Finance)
Reports to: Regional Vice President of Leasing & Marketing
Direct Reports: Marketing and Leasing Specialist
Travel: Position will require occasional travel; less than 30%

Roles and Responsibilities
Provide support and oversight for all operational property marketing and leasing efforts
Evaluate market trends and consult with site to adjust marketing strategiesAssist with implementation of all renewal campaignsMonitor progress of renewal campaigns and provide assistance and constructive criticism to sites execution of campaignWork with property managers to audit lease management systems and reportingAssist with bonus submission auditingWork with sites to conduct quarterly audits of files as compared to system reportsTravel as needed to operational sites in need of marketing assistance
Oversee operational site Res Life programs and Landmark Gives Back Philanthropy
Track site progress toward annual goalsProvide quarterly updates of Res Life and Landmark Gives Back progress to executive teamAs needed compose press releases for Landmark Gives Back milestones
Reputation Management for Operational Sites
Work with Marketing Coordinator to conduct innovative campaigns to boost reviews for operational propertiesMonitor social media and review sites for new reviews and assist sites in responding
Travel to provide marketing and leasing support for Operational Sites
Assist in the training of Leasing & Marketing Managers of Operational SitesAdminister email marketing systems and evaluate effectiveness of campaigns
Assist in Bi-Weekly Marketing Call prep for Operational Sites
Audit excel leasing reports vs. system reportingReview weekly competitor velocityReview 30 Day marketing plans
