Store Managers - Goodwill Retail Stores - Retail Bench - Metro Denver (Marketing)
We have an exciting opportunity to hire several store managers with leadership and retail management experience to build our "bench" strength. Store Management opportunities will be available in the South Denver Metro area for those that successful complete our training program. Individuals will train under the guidance of experienced Store Managers and District Managers typically for up to six weeks to learn our Goodwill processes and procedures. Please note - this is not an entry level position as we are looking for experienced retail managers ready to take the next step in their career and help us achieve our Goodwill mission!
The Store Manager must have the ability to accomplish profitability through managing operations such as budgeting, financial reporting, profit & loss, merchandising, donation collection, loss prevention, point-of-sale systems, product quality control, product ‘sweet-spot' pricing. Our leaders are important to building community rapport and customer relations with an ‘Attitude of Gratitude' empowering staff and employees to accomplish professional and personal goals.
Goodwill retail centers must successfully collect donations, produce products / merchandise from those donations, manage waste, recycling, warehousing, and merchandising of donated products, price competitively and provide excellent customer service to achieve optimal performance.
Working with a team of retail professionals, the Store Manager will help ensure we make the best use of resources to achieve our mission of helping people within our community to reach their highest level of personal and economic potential. The Store Manager will be a strategic thinker and team player who can manage change while motivating and inspiring others.
